Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We don't issue refunds, unless the piece arrived to the customer damaged. (Please see damages and issues section for this). However we do give store credit in exchange for returns. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for exchange for store credit, you can contact us at molliefrancinejonas@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- An item is missing from your order.
It is crucial to notify us within this 24-hour window so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution, as we rely on timely notification to address such matters effectively.Once your claim is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label at our expense to facilitate the return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products or personalized items, and jewelry pieces of personal wear such as nose studs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return for exchange for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be immediately notified and your store credit will be valid for the next 3 months. Please remember it can take some time for us to get back to you during holidays.
