We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We don't issue refunds, unless the piece arrived to the customer damaged. (Please see damages and issues section for this). However we do give store credit in exchange for returns. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for exchange for store credit, you can contact us atmollie.jonas@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
